Note card set

By Grace Tolman

I love that Crazy Daisy kit are always chock full of products that even after finishing a mini book and 5 pages, there are still tons of leftovers to play with. So what do you do with these little gems?

How about make a set of note cards. Nowadays cards can get as big as a layout but what about those little cute note cards? Let’s not forget them!

Make three quick ones with your leftovers. See what I made with mine….

Quick tips:

1. Don’t worry about the size. The variety is actually better.

2. Grab leftover stickers, hand cut patterns from paper and rub ons for your sentiment or focal point.

3. Layer leftover papers, the scraps works well with these smaller project.

So that’s it. Hope you continue to have fun creating with your May kit.

Signing off,
Grace

Love the colors. Love the flower. Love it all!

Love the colors. Love the flower. Love it all!

Here are some more pages from Kim and they are just so stinkin’ cute. They are so bright and fresh … perfect for summer.

What a cute and clever way to spice up a silk flower.

A really cool thing to point out is that Kim has done a ton of pages, a whole mini-book and STILL has lots of supplies left from the May kit to work with. Seriously, there is a ton of stuff crammed into each kit. It’s really the best value out there. If you haven’t joined our club yet, get on it! You won’t be sorry.

Guest Designer for May

Posted on by crazydaisy

kwhittenWe are so excited about our May guest designer, Kim Whitten.

We really loved what we she did with the March 2009 Main kit and wanted her to work her magic on the May kit!

When we asked her to share a little bit about herself, this is what she had to say:

“I’m a wife, stepmom, dog-mom, daughter, Christian, and friend, who works full-time in marketing and PR for a small, rural community college.  My passion of scrapbooking comes from my love of photography, crafting, art, sewing and story-telling.  I currently have a small Facebook and Twitter addiction and am always adding new blogs to my blog reader, therefore never possibly being able to read them all each day!  I’m totally honored to be the May guest designer for Crazy Daisy Kit Co.”

We’re honored to have Kim working with us and can’t wait to see what she creates using our amazing May Main kit. Check back for samples from this month’s kit.
