Here are a couple of page ideas from Alex, using the April Main kit.
I love what she’s done with the pages. Her style is super cool and way different than my own, which was fun to see. I would have never, ever thought to create pages like this (which is exactly why we asked Alex to help us out).
Go create something cool and make an extra page for me, since I’m knee deep in breastfeeding and poopy diapers.

Cool Alex with a super cool picture!
We have a WONDERFUL guest designer this month, Alex Hardy. She graciously agreed to help us out, which we need this month given the arrival of my very hungry and needy little baby! As I’m spending all of my time nursing Cooper, Alex has been working away at creating samples with the April 2009 Main kit. And you’ll love what she’s done, I sure do!
I asked Alex to tell you all a little bit about herself and this is what she had to say:
“I’m a wife, mama of three boys, & craft lover. I’ve scrapbooked as
long as I can remember (going back to my childhood). I work and teach
part-time at my local scrapbook store. It’s such an honor to design
for Crazy Daisy Kits!”
Alex and I actually met while taking a class together at our local scrapbooking store (the one she teaches at). And she was one of my first new friends when I moved to town almost two years ago. She’s super cool, and has a great scrapbooking style.
Enjoy. There willl be more to come and the month goes on. And if I can get my little guy on a schedule, there are already SO many pages I want to scrap since his arrival.

So, life has been CRAZY! My daughter is sick. In the last 30 minutes she has peed on the carpet and pooped in the bathtub. What in the world is going on? She’s almost five, so I haven’t experienced the floating poop thing in a very long time. If I wasn’t 9-months pregnant, I’m not sure this would all be getting to me so much. I’m just SO ready to have this baby.
So what better way to cheer myself up, then to share a sneak peek of the April 2009 Main kit. I adore it. Jennifer went all out when she put the April kit together and it’s just adorable. It’s a huge departure from March with lots of light spring colors. It had an AWESOME album in it, which would be perfect to use for Easter pictures or a Mother’s Day gift.

And the following week (April 6th) we’ll launch our search for a design team. I’m so excited to see what you all produce and put together a Crazy Daisy team.
I have a few more things to share that I made using the March kits .. so I’ll do that before the month is over. I also have the cutest page I made using the April Main kit that I’m just dying to share. I was going to wait to post it next week, but I think I’m going to cheat and show it to you early!!
