  • When do monthly scrapbook kits go on sale?
  • Monthly kits and add-ons are available at 12am PST on the 1st of every month. One time purchase monthly kits and add-ons are available in limited quantities each month.
  • What is the price of your monthly scrapbook kits?
  • One time kit purchases are $36 plus shipping and handling. Subscription prices vary as follows:
    • Six-month subscription, $33 per month (plus shipping and handling) and a gift with purchase
    • No-Expiration subscription, $32 per month (plus shipping and handling), a gift with purchase, and an exclusive Crazy Daisy scrapbooking bag.
  • Can I cancel my scrapbooking subscription?
  • Cancellation before your subscription is complete will incur early termination fee of $20.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and all debit cards. If you’d like to pay using PayPal, email Kimberly and we can make arrangements to to so.
  • When will I be billed?
  • One time purchases are billed immediately. Subscriptions are billed on the 5th of each month.
  • When will my order ship?
  • Monthly kits are shipped between the 10th and 15th based on when your order was placed and if you purchased any add-ons. We also ship one time purcahases made after the 10th, on the 20th of each month as well as the 1st of the following month.
  • What is your return policy for scrapbooks?
  • We accept returns of unopened and unused product within 10 days of receipt. Please email us in advance to receive a return code. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs. If your kit happens to arrive damaged please notify us within 10 days of receipt and we will make arrangements to get a new kit to you. We do require that the damaged kit be returned to us and we will refund your shipping cost. If that month’s kit is no longer available we will credit your account for the following month’s kit.
  • How do I make general shipping/billing changes?
  • Shipping and billing changes can be made by emailing us at crazydaisykits.com.
  • Do you offer Gift Certificates?
  • We sure do! Please email us for more information.
  • What is your delivery method?
  • All orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS). All items shipped within the United States are sent via Priority Mail with tracking. International orders are sent via USPS First Class mail. Please note that First Class mail does not come with tracking and/or insurance.
  • What are estimated shipping rates for scrapbook kits of the month?
  • We charge a flat shipping charge of $8 for United States deliveries, $15 to Canada, and $20 for all other International deliveries. All rates are in U.S. Dollars.
  • What are your add-on shipping rates?
  • All monthly kit add-ons ship free with main kit purchase if ordered between the 1st and the 10th of each month. Otherwise our estimated shipping rates apply. Some market provisions may ship USPS First Class mail, depending on the size of order. If this occurs any over payment in shipping charges will be refunded within 48 hours of shipment.
  • Do you ship scrapbook kits internationally?
