Scrapbook Shipping & Return Policy

All orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service USPS). All items shipped within the United States are sent via Priority Mail with tracking. International orders are sent via USPS First Class mail. Please note that First Class mail does not come with tracking and/or insurance.

We charge a flat shipping charge of $8 for United States deliveries, $10 to Canada, and $15 for all other International deliveries. All rates are in U.S. Dollars.

All monthly kit add-ons ship free with main kit purchase if ordered between the 1st and the 10th of each month. Otherwise our estimated shipping rates apply. Some market provisions may ship USPS First Class mail, depending on the size of order. If this occurs any over payment in shipping charges will be refunded within 48 hours of shipment.

We accept returns of unopened and unused product within 10 days of receipt. Please email us in advance to receive a return code. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs. If your kit happens to arrive damaged please notify us within 10 days of receipt and we will make arrangements to get a new kit to you. We do require that the damaged kit be returned to us and we will refund your shipping cost. If that month’s kit is no longer available we will credit your account for the following month’s kit.

Scrapbook Kit Subscriptions

Crazy Daisy main kit subscriptions are available for a limited time each month and are set up to automatically bill your account on the 5th of each month to secure that month’s main kit. As a subscriber, you are also entitled to a few perks: a discount off the main kit and free shipping on any or all add-on purchases made between the 1st and the 10th of each month as these purchases will be mailed in the same shipment as your subscription.

Cancellation before your subscription is complete will incur early termination fee of $20.

Substitutions

Crazy Daisy reserves the right to substitute like or similar items in each kit depending on availability and demand. We strive to make every kit special and if for some reason an item that has been included in the kit becomes unavailable, we retain the right to substitute it with a like item of similar value.

Privacy Policy

Crazy Daisy will not rent, sell or exchange information about our customers. Access to information about our customers is restricted to Crazy Daisy. Third parties that need access to our customer information in order to provide operational or other support services to Crazy Daisy must agree to safeguard customer information in strict compliance with our privacy policy.

Crazy Daisy gathers only the customer information that is needed to administer its business, provide superior service and communicate offers on scrapbooking that we believe will be of interest to our customers.

Crazy Daisy limits access to customer information to those employees who need it to carry out our business functions. We educate our employees about our policies and practices in regard to safeguarding customer information; preventing its unauthorized access, use or disclosure; and, ensuring its proper handling.

Crazy Daisy customers should also know we do not store your credit card or ordering information on our Internet server. Your financial information is protected by industrial-strength encryption.
